Gone to the land of spas and home of Mozart

I am on holiday for the next 9 days to the land of spas and architecture glory. I hope my books are not soak if I ever try to read them in the spa! I will visit and comment on your blogs when I come back.

Don’t go away, I’ll be right back. 😉

Széchenyi Bath, Budapest

A video of other bath houses in Budapest, including Gellert Bath, are available to view by clicking on thumbnail after Széchenyi.

  1. Oh enjoy, I love Vienna (haven’t been to the other places but I’m sure they’re wonderful too).

    • Steph, Please do. I actually love Budapest more than Vienna. It’s just so much diverse and exciting. I have taken like 2000 pictures and I’m wondering which one to post, but will sure share some highlights! 😉

    • Mel U, the eye witness travel guides are awesome aren’t they? I love those glossy and illustrated pages, 3-dimensional structural explanation of a building and place.

Reading, after a certain age, diverts the mind too much from its creative pursuits. Any man who reads too much and uses his own brain too little falls into lazy habits of thinking. - Albert Einstein (1879 - 1955)
